About
Rotwurm is the solo black metal project of Helsinki-based songwriter Kimmo Ihanus — an experiment in converting two decades of MIDI demos and home recordings into extreme metal using AI-assisted production tools. Black metal, death metal, goregrind, and industrial, built from compositions originally written between 2006 and 2015.
Lyrics draw from Finnish folklore and Carelian folk spells, the Dracula legend, personal stories, and pure imagination. The MIDI files were always there. Suno finally gave them teeth.
